A signed Form I-20 "Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Status"
Financial support documents, which are typically the same as those provided during the original visa interview
An acceptance letter or recent tuition payment receipt
A designated school official's name and contract information (Ms. Kathleen Keiko Yamagata, Mount Carmel School, Office Tel. No. 235-1201 and 234-6217)
To ensure a safe and easy return, students should keep all necessary documents with them at all times.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
“It came without ribbons! It came without tags! It came without packages, boxes or bags!... Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before! "Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas... perhaps... means a little bit more!”
Dr. Seuss, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!
