Purpose:
"Being a teacher is somewhat a gift to my younger self. I want to give this younger generation the knowledge I wish I had during high school. Hopefully, such sharing provides them with opportunities and memories that will set them on a path to live meaningful and joyful lives."

Teaching Philosophy
"Humanity is at the center of teaching. I strive to ensure my students feel listened, respected, and cared for in my classroom. I acknowledge the multitude of identities and experiences they each bring to the classroom. I embrace those differences to create a vibrant and safe learning environment that fosters empathetic, engaged, and informed learners."
Community Involvement
"I am a Board Member for Our Common Wealth 670 (OCW670), a non-profit that advocates for the de-escalation of militarization throughout the Marianas archipelago. Our goal is to protect our ancestral lands, seas and skies from irreparable damage caused by military practices and other developments that pose a threat to our health, physical environment and livelihoods by increasing awareness of current military planning and the policies that effect us the most. To do this, OCW670 actively engage in public education, research and advocacy that promotes the unique beauty and importance of our islands and cultures."
